Beginning January 1, 2022, The Farnam Realty Group will be the sole Property Management contractor for Ocean Management, a large Property Management and Real Estate Company with over 300 holdings. This new contract brings the number of units Farnam Realty Group manages to more than 2,000!

Farnam will be responsible for maintaining Section 8 contracts with New Haven Housing Authority, among other agencies. Horsford is also a Section 8 expert with experience in rental and property management.

"Farnam has been specializing in assisting Section 8 participants in finding safe and affordable housing for over a decade, and I take pride in my role to also make sure each of the Ocean properties passes their Section 8 inspections,” stated Horsford.

Horsford's group will manage emergency maintenance calls, apartment renewals and maintain their status as Ocean's exclusive brokerage, which they've handled since late 2019.
