311 Blake Street, New Haven comprises seventy units, located within five free-standing buildings on 3.5 acres of land. Huffman, who represented the buyer, credits tenacity with closing this deal. "I called the owner every month for over four years, checking in on the property, reviewing his needs, and staying on his radar," stated Huffman.
