Closes Largest and Most Lucrative New Haven Commercial Sale of 2021

James Huffman, Senior Vice President of Farnam Realty Group, is pleased to announce the closing of 311 Blake Street, New Haven, CT. This property was the largest square footage commercial sale in New Haven for 2021 and the most lucrative. 

311 Blake Street, New Haven comprises seventy units, located within five free-standing buildings on 3.5 acres of land. Huffman, who represented the buyer, credits tenacity with closing this deal. "I called the owner every month for over four years, checking in on the property, reviewing his needs, and staying on his radar," stated Huffman. "This continued dedication to the process showed this owner I'm not a short-sighted broker. My goal is, and always will be, achieve an appropriate market value without all the hassle most owners or buyers expect." 

With just six years under his belt, primarily focused on multi-family and commercial sales, Huffman's impressive list of sales makes him an up and comer to watch. All transactions were buyer represented.
